Stratford House Inn & Suites

I couldn't be more pleased with my 4 night stay! The staff, Jay and Ami, were very respectful and pleasant. The room was so clean and even the parking lot was clean. They have a pet potty area with clean up bags and disposal bin. The price was impressive considering it's in such a prime location. The room was quiet and peaceful. My 2 little girls and I felt very safe. Looking forward to staying again!

Rooms are clean and basic for the money you won't find better. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Will stay again. Great location if you have someone in the hospital

I love staying here staff works well with or needs, and we have been staying here until we find a place to live. I recommend to everyone!!!

The room was spacious and clean. Price was reasonable for a last minute overnight stay, under $90. Breakfast was a hot waffle, coffee, cereal and milk. Check in and check out staff friendly. Appeared family owned which I liked. At night lots of light in parking lot. Close to the hospital.

It's unusual to find an inexpensive, or fairly priced motel that has great customer service. I only have one small request/issue but overall I give 4 stars because of 2 employees that work there. Feni and the younger guy that works the front. Well done yall! Thank for the hospitality and kindness and being so helpful and understanding. You both deserve a raise! Onto my small request/issue. Around 12am half of our power went out. It made a loud and shocking popsound. I called and called and nobody picked up until around 3am and I was told by a man who i didnt recognize, that manager will be here in the morning. I asked if we could just locate the breaker box since he was not helpful and he got bit annoyed. I asked about a possible compensation since we'd only be able to use the AC and that's it. No electricity other than that. I would suggest in a situation like ours, providing your customers compensation because your room lost all its power and possibly dangerous. If I want to feel a cold breeze id sleepoutside. .but no, we gave you $75 for the room only to use the AC. doesn't sound like a fair trade. But yeah, other than that the rooms are clean, the others are polite.

Neat room! Vanity is separate from the toilet and shower, there's a kitchenette with a table and chairs and a stove top, there was a couch and table in addition to the two beds. Air conditioner works great shower works great all the lights worked, and the owner was very kind!

Alright so we booked this place on a travel site. The reviews on the site were great but looking at the reviews just looking it up were horrible. Now i have to say our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating. The cleaning crew were so sweet and helped with any needs we had. They do have a curview in the office but even showing up close to midnight they were able to give me extra pillows and a sheet from the office. We had no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Rooms are big if you get a kitchenette Owners and all workers are so sweet My favorite was the older couple who cleaned the rooms n the outside area by the rooms
